Spasril Tablet is a prescription medication primarily used to relieve symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and other gastrointestinal conditions like peptic ulcers and enterocolitis. It is a combination of two medicines: Chlordiazepoxide and Clidinium bromide. Chlordiazepoxide is a benzodiazepine that helps manage anxiety and provides a calming effect, while Clidinium is an anticholinergic agent that relaxes muscles in the stomach and gut.
