Kidgut Syrup (Atfal) is a Unani formulation specifically designed for infants and children to manage various gastrointestinal discomforts.

Kidgut Syrup (Atfal) is indicated for the management of:

Flatulence: Relieves excessive gas and bloating in infants and children.
Diarrhoea: Helps in managing diarrheal conditions.
Abdominal Discomfort: Alleviates general abdominal discomfort in neonates and children.
Child Stomach Disorder: Especially useful during teething, addressing associated stomach upsets.
Anorexia: Aids in improving appetite in children.
Child Constipation: Assists in relieving constipation in children.

Each 5 ml of Kidgut Syrup (Atfal) contains extracts of the following herbs:

0-6 Ages:5 ml three or four times daily. or as directed by the physician.
6-12 Ages: 5 ml three or four times daily. or as directed by the physician.
1-2 Years: 5-10 ml three or four times daily. or as directed by the physician.

No significant side effects have been observed when Kidgut Syrup (Atfal) is administered in proper doses.
