“Ketowash Soap” ketoconazole soap is an antifungal medicated soap used to treat and prevent common fungal skin infections, working by inhibiting the growth of the fungus.

Introduction of Ketowash Soap:

Ketowash Soap is an antifungal medication designed for topical application to the skin and scalp. It contains the active ingredient ketoconazole (typically 2% w/w), which is effective against various fungal and yeast infections. It works by damaging the cell membrane of the fungi, which kills them and stops the spread of the infection.

  • Dandruff and Seborrheic Dermatitis Control: Helps manage and prevent dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis by reducing the overgrowth of the yeast responsible for these conditions.
  • Symptom Relief: Alleviates associated symptoms like itching, redness, scaling, flaking, and irritation.
  • Promotes Hygiene: Helps maintain skin hygiene, which is important for individuals prone to recurrent infections.
